RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, please submit a request through our return portal. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please submit a return request through our return portal. Exchanges are subject to availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
